Our friendly staff here at Premiere Event Rentals pride ourselves in helping create a memorable and stress-free event for our customers. Our detailed planning helps assure that there will be no last-minute issues.  We invite anyone who is planning any kind of event to come in and see our new product, (such as the light-weight hard plastic tables) and set the table as you might imagine it.  With this fun experience you can change out colors, re-arrange glassware, or experiment with new napkin folds.  We want you to leave our inviting showroom with no additional wondering, “What IF?”

 With choosing our company, Premiere Event Rentals, you can rest at ease knowing we come with over 35 years in the Mother Lode and Valley areas.  We have earned our reputation among clients for providing the best and finest superior service.  All of our products are cleaned after each and every use. 

 

We provide fresh, clean linen always marked and bagged.

We can also offer our exclusive assistance with delivery, set-up and tear down (for an additional charge).  We deliver a day in advance of your event and offer FREE Return pick-up the following Monday.  No extra charge for full weekend rentals.  We also can arrange for weekend delivery and pick-up with advance notice.  If you prefer, you can pick up and return your items. 

 

We are here to assist YOU!

We have a Rapid Emergency Response service for those last minute forgotten or un-presentable items; too wrinkled or stained?  Need an extra linen?  We know how important and unacceptable that is to you.   Did your Aunt forget to bring the extra beverage container or does your Caterer need just one more chafing dish?  No worries!  Call us!  We will gladly provide or replace from our inventory, what is needed to make your day special!

We work closely with local venues, and collaborate with local and out of town Event planners, Caterers, Photographers, and all others that are assuring a perfect and seamless event.  We anticipate what items they require and automatically advise our clients.  We don’t like last minute surprises either!  We often share referrals.
